Hart Prairie Gold

James M. Coulter / 2 Comments

One of the paintings from my recent trip up north. Spent a few days at Grand Canyon and then came back through Flagstaff and painted some of the golden aspens. I love it when the aspens turn gold; They seem to light up the forest, almost like a forest fire sometimes. The brisk chill in the air hinting of winter coming.
